History
MTP was founded in 1970 by Sabino Gubitosa who, since the early 1960s, had become convinced that the plastics sector would be the engine of future industrial growth. Professionally competent and far-sighted, Sabino is also well-known for his impressive set of personal qualities. Loyal, honest, and irreproachable, he won the admiration and trust of all those who knew him who were ready to follow his lead. The company, now in its third generation and run by the founder's children and grandchildren, and still driven by the same guiding principles, has redesigned its production structure over the years, moving from artisanal to industrial. The company's current position in the market has been consolidated by the adoption of a system in which human and technological components have been carefully integrated to ensure maximum client satisfaction. In 2020, it celebrated its 50th anniversary without much fanfare, but by drawing up a list of priorities with some ambitious goals. Sustainability and research and development are to be the guidelines of the company's business. Reliability, prudence, consistency, responsibility, and ethical values, are the principles that have been handed down and that inspire every one of the company's projects, today as they did in the past.
